1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Maurya Patidar Hope Harvest Foundation ("MPHF", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately cease all use of our site.

2. Donation Policy

All donations made through our secure payment gateways are voluntary. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable unless there has been a documented technical billing error. In the event of a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.

MPHF is committed to using donations for their designated programs (e.g. Clean Water, Child Education). However, we reserve the right to reallocate funds to other urgent humanitarian needs if a project is fully funded or cannot be executed due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, graphics, text, images, videos, and source code, is the property of Maurya Patidar Hope Harvest Foundation and is protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reuse, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Volunteer Participation

Enrolling as a volunteer does not guarantee selection for field deployments. All field volunteers must complete a safety screening, training modules, and background checks. MPHF reserves the right to terminate volunteer status at any time if standard protocols are violated.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MPHF, its directors, employees, or global partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or participation in our global programs.
